the Extra Virgin Amfiterra Bella which presents itself to the eye with a beautiful intense golden yellow color with delicate green veins, clear. On the nose it expresses itself decisive and enveloping, rich in balsamic hints of mint and rosemary, accompanied by spicy notes of cinnamon and a clear memory of almond in the finish. Elegant and characterful on the palate, it releases vegetal tones of artichoke, wild chicory and lettuce. Very strong and balanced bitterness and spiciness, with a sweet finish in evidence. Ideal on bruschetta with tomato, swordfish carpaccio, artichoke salads, tuna marinades, bean soups, first courses with sausage, boiled octopus, grilled red or black meats, mature hard cheeses.

 

This farm, created in the early 2000s in the favourable district of Buje, confirms its

good Position in our Guide. Its founder and owner Josip Frankovic, who still runs it

also produces wine and is fond of horses. The estate covers 7 hectareS, 5 of which

destined to the specialized olive grove with 1,100 trees. In the last harvest 80 quintals

of olives were produced equal to a yield of 10 hectolitres of extra virgin olive oil. We

reccomend the selection proposed to the panel, the Extra Virgin Amfiterra Bella, which

is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues. lts aroma

id definite and rotund, rich in fragrant hints of mint and rosemary, together with spicy

notes of cinnamon and a distinct almond finish. Its taste is elegant and strong, with a

vegetal flavour of artichoke wild chicory and lettuce.
